Questions before the reveal?
Can I prank a friend without asking?
No. The person in the photo must know and agree to the upload and playful edits. Surprise them with the finished reveal, not with use of their photo.
Will my photo be posted publicly?
No. Your uploads and finished images are private. We do not use customer photos in our gallery or ads without a separate opt-in.
What happens if an idea can't be made?
The service may reject unsafe or unsupported requests. We refund one-time orders we cannot fulfill; members get their prank credit restored for an eligible replacement.
How do I use a membership?
Your email will include a private link for your next prank. Monthly plans include one prank each billing month; annual plans include 12 during the billing year.
